Can you please cover Brian Hackney? He has not been there for 3 weeks with Andrea Nakano holding the show just as well while acknowledging Hackney’s absence.
Do you know if he’s okay or something has happened or retirement? Him being absent for 3 full weekends isn’t normal. Even Christmas weekend is NOT normal as he’s known to work on that holiday especially.
Has he taken Andria Borba/Dennis O Donnell’s approach of being MIA??
Again Brian Hackney is off. Anyone know whats up? Leaving Andrea to run the show alone. This is not normal something must be up. Please investigate.
Interesting how the upcoming week situation is going to be. Darren Peck has filled in for Paul all week long (plus the normal weekend duties) & now Burch is out of town & Heggen may possibly come back by mid week latest. I am imagining Mary Lee is going to fill in for the morning and Darren to continue in the evening till Heggen returns.
Besides we never seen Lee or Hackney do virtual weather but I imagine Lee could be game for that and Hackney probably doesn’t like it as much and maybe said he probably doesnt want to do virtual weather
But seriously we need to see whats up with Hackney.

I miss Hackney too, he's the best thing about KPIX. I do agree that Nakano does fine by herself, but Hackney is the one I watch for.
