SHE (Janelle Wang) wanted complete control over Jess only Jess is having nothing to do with it; it all stems from Aguirre's day-to-day status at NBC Bay Area where Wang tried to manipulate Jess' status by playing nice, nice with the top big suits at Peacock Burbank.
IT DIDN'T WORK and staffers at NBC San Jose not only knew it but tipped off Jess and revealed Wang's onerous attempt to kiss ass and lessen her friend's influence. Aguirre is still top cat at the station.
There is no doubt a lot of jealousy here and it's been evident for some time only you don't MESS AROUND with High Priestess Aguirre, trust me.
