Bay Bridge Closure Due to Protesters --All But KRON Stick With Story

Embedded image permalink KPIX, KGO-TV, KNTV and KTVU all broke into regularly scheduled programming to cover the Bay Bridge closure (due to various protesters) ...once again, KRON, which bills itself "The Bay Area's News Station" had a quick cut-in but immediately went back to "Dr. Phil."

  1. The beasts who committed this action should be sent to Gitmo for the rest of their unnatural lives.

I'm sick of what seems to be a rebirth of SLA/Weathermen type tactics, and even sicker of the media and especially the Maoist in the White House lauding these entities as "freedom fighters". They are domestic terrorists!

  2. KRON doesn't stick with the story.
    4 Stations is not enough?

  3. Meh. KRON deserves credit for not giving those clowns any exposure.

  4. In reply to 'AnonymousJanuary 18, 2016 at 5:00 PM', good point...but, Dr Phil generates ad bucks. A traffic blockage not so much by those——I best stop before I'll be trashed by the bleeding hearts who applaud these jerks for getting their 'message' out at the inconvenience of thousands.

  6. was it Sasaki on ch2 talking about 'persuasions'? he kept talking about 'people of African American persuasion'? and 'people of Lesbian/Gay persuasion'? like, what? we were talked into it? we were something else and then somebody persuaded us to to become African Americans or Gay people?

  8. Did anyone see the Mike Sugarman story a little after 6:30 about Wal-Mart being closed in Oakland? The story started with a crew taking down the store sign. The story ended with a "live" shot showing the sign lit and the parking lot full of shoppers....of a closed store..????

    1. Hey 710: You must be one of those unemployed leeches who rely on Federal assistance and are probably borrowing someone's computer or you're pirating someone's Internet service. Why don't you think before you write? One of those "people" who missed work could've been an emergency services provider. Hope you didn't have a hangnail and you called 911. Jackass.

  11. I thought this was why police have batons? They should use them to break up these clowns and some heads along with it. Blacks would not have problems if they would put the guns away and start obeying the laws we all live by.

    3. Show me the statistics where it IS true. I'll give you one that disproves. Many more white guys have committed mass shootings than black folks. It's white guys that constantly argue that gun control thwarts the anachronistic second amendment, which was written in a far different time without a standing army where militias were needed to defend against national enemies. They are not now - unless you're a paranoid, libertarian gun nut. Now show me where I'm not accurate.

  13. KRON treated the story as "breaking news" at its 8:00 pm news...3 hours later...and it still "breaking news". New weather person Brittney showed up.

    Is Anny Hong expecting???
