He also appeared on KPIX and the exchange was much different with Frank Mallicoat and Michelle Griego. Maybe because Mallicoat was a sportscaster in Boston before coming back to the Bay Area, the exchange was informative, friendly and much more subdued.
If we're casting the SF Bay Area Media version of Little Rascals, I'll have Gasia play Darla & Bernie could be Spanky. Dave Clark could be Stymie & Ross Palombo could be Alfalfa.
The same kind of thing was said a few years ago when Cher Calvin, then Los Angeles' KTLA morning personality (and now its 10 pm anchor) was evidently quite enthralled by the studio visit from prize fighter Manny Pacquiao. I can't imagine Barbara Simpson getting hot and bothered by anybody.
I have a George Noory Coast to Coast on radio comment. On Sunday nights, George will use 15 seconds before his commercial breaks to feature "Emerging Artists", or non pro musicians who want a little free publicity. Once in a while, I hear someone with real skill, talent and vocal skills. The majority of 'Emerging Artists' sound very weak, unskilled, and mushy voiced. I applaud George for wanting to give other a chance to breakthrough as an entertainer, I wish he would do this far less, not every Sunday, but perhaps once every eight weeks. Those 15 seconds can become a drag on the rest of the program. Some performance are so cobbled together, it makes me wish for Flo, the Progressive Lady, that's how bad most the singers are.
I have to say that every second of your life must be so extremely precious to be so concerned over :15 of Noory's overnightly suck-fest. Have you ever considered writing or calling him and his people to let them know? Or considered a change in lifestyle?
Gasia is becoming the Daria Folsom of KTVU. Now there is no local am news that is watchable.
ReplyDeleteJust tuned in on Wednesday, and they were both wearing the same color outfit, so you may be onto something.
DeleteTo become daria, she would need to crush her face in a vise.
DeleteBoo hoo. He Rich, he's also a former Raider, so I guess it is OK, no?
ReplyDeleteRoger also went to KPIX. Typical media junket BS.
ReplyDeleteOML!!! Where is Tory Campbell.......

ReplyDelete"Delirious" and "Orgasm" are two words I think of when Gasia is involved.
ReplyDeleteIt's only a matter of time until she ends up at KTTV in Los Angeles. The Armenians down there will go crazy over her.

ReplyDeleteRoger Craig is from that glorious Niner "Golden Era."
ReplyDeleteGiven the team's recent performance, I'd have gone bezonkers over him, too.
Have agree about her being Darya Folsom light though much younger. So far she has not worn anything than shows off her curves like Darya does.
