Beauty and the Beast: KTVU's Rasmus Graces 'MO2' Anchor Desk While Doofus Palombo Mumbles Forward; Saturday Quick

 KTVU's golden and sweet anchor goddess supreme, Allie Rasmus was back on the "Weekend Mornings on Two." It was nice to see the talented, sexy, extraordinarily enthusiastic wonderwoman back where she belongs.

The only blemish? Rasmus had to endure the doofusness sitting alongside her: wimpy Ross Palombo. Why is this lout even allowed on the KTVU set? What a disgrace. What a pompous jerk who acts as if he's about to sing in a glee club.

On the other hand, Rasmus is a dedicated, serious, wondrous newswoman who should have more of a presence on KTVU's platforms. At first, the subdued Rasmus seems quite gentle but once she begins reading, things move ahead quite serenely --it's a beautiful sight to behold

    No longer relevant information - Local news isn't being watched, meaning no one really cares any more... So why would someone care about reading about the snarky opinionry and behind the scenes fodder for something no one - WATCHES! John Carman/TIm Goodman/Chuck Barney/Sue Young days are long gone...

    Watched this AM: loved Allie, gazed adoringly at Rosemary, switched to Sportscenter when Ross and his enormous forehead (five head?) popped up.

    Ross is Horrid... he makes Harvey from TMZ look like Edward R Murrow... he is the worst on air talent the station has ever had...

    Spot on about that creepy guy named Palombo. He also filled in for Sommerville on Friday night. It was odd seeing Palombo's mug sitting next to the lovely Julie Haener. Why is this dude getting so much air time? Does he wear eye liner?

    Rich I watched the KTVU news this morning just to get a good look at Allie. She is nice looking but no more than that.
