  1. My gut says you're right, and it will be a Cumulus-led disaster, which will lead to the end of his career.

    1. He can always do his show solely on line like Tom Leykis.

    2. Yes. He can talk tot he believers online. No doubt. He will end up doing that as soon as this fails. And he'll claim it was "HIS IDEA!"

Lets hear from his former board op, who I believe also works at KGO? Any inside scoop for us?

  2. I would listen, since I can pick up KSFO on my little transistor radio. But when I get my smart phone/iphone, I'll be turned in to KSCO to hear Rich Lieberman! :)

    1. Maybe Rich Lieberman and Michael Savage can do a combined show on different stations. That might add to some interesting radio.

  3. Hannity will likely move to Clear Channel 910 reshuffling Frostry and Gross. Savage at the noon hour here and drive time in the east will not be a winner for Cumulus. Move will probably be in January but could be sooner. Does this bode well for John Batchelor?

  4. Rich ...where is Jennifer Jones Lee from KGO. She was away, back one day and disappeared. Any idea what's going on?

  5. I like them both. I only started to get into Savage about a year ago. For those of you who have been around his entire career, is this somewhat of a dumb move? Hasn't he come and gone during the day in the past? I remember some radio station running Savage billboards in West San Jose when he started on their station 5? years ago. Obviously he's no longer there.

  6. Lets remember that Savage made a "prediction." It was just about the dumbest prediction in making the claim "i'll be moved" when in fact it is your own employer doing the moving. It was weird, but of course he termed it as such. In the end they will certainly move him because they don't know what they're doing. If he fails it won't really matter. They know he's old and has less than a 1/4 of the tank left. Truth is Cumulus doesn't know what they're doing. have they personally developed a talent? And I don't mean someone famous already, but an actual nobody? I doubt it. This whole charade is one big Sweet Jack Advertisement, and a desire to make big money for themselves and their investors. Like Savage, they don't give a rat's you know what about the audience, or the programming.

  8. I love the Savage Nation. Just getting very tired of the long commercial breaks.
