It suddenly dawned on me, (and others too).
The more sports play-by-play on the "Leader" the less talk from certain programs, and that's UPSIDE for everyone.
Except of course for various interns, $9 an-hour "producers", obscure Metro voices and recently released ESPN rejects, ex-ballplayers too.
More turmoil at KNBR: Gary Radnich says he had his parking space given to Eric Byrnes, who of course like Byrnes would do,showed no respect for Radnich and accepted it.
ReplyDeleteThat's a kick in the teeth huh? BUT,those KNBR Republica's live by dog eat dog. Byrnzeekins a bigger dog now?
good point dickie,
ReplyDeletealso, if you decided to jump off a bridge, they bay area would be better for it. of course mountain mikes would lose their best customer
Isn't everyone at Metro obscure since they're on multiple stations? Maybe except those who are on KGO and KCBS...
ReplyDeleteI was listening to Rod Brooks-and it came to me-He does a really good imitation of a black man. But,considering what he has said over the years-or to be more exact, not said,he seems to have has no opinion about black culture in sports,no insight to share. You could say that Radnich who explains the plight of fatherless black youth, the real world lyrics of hip hop and their meaning, and black athletes in sports,is more black than Rod Brooks-and that's the truth.
ReplyDeleteI was listening to Rod Brooks and was struck my his multiple, creepy and unfunny comments about women. Guy has a problem.
