Luckoff's hour with Owens gets axed by Citadel
Mickey Luckoff's appearance on Ronn Owens was canceled at the last minute.
Said Owens: Mickey's appearance has "been cancelled by management, period." Surprise? No, not at all and only more reinforcement that the Citadel suits don't want any possible smidgen of "kiss-and-tells" on KGO.
