I would force Miller, Krukow and Kuiper to retire. Their time is over. I'd let Fleming go the Al Michaels route and stay national. Then I would really look for talent. Talent that is committed to the team, makes them a priority, and builds a relationship with the fan base. Experience preferred, but not necessarily required.
Because what the dude is earning versus time working makes him way overpaid. He isn't the broadcast dynamo that can manage calling Orioles games while doing Sunday Night Baseball or NBC's Game Of The Week.
He should ask to do what the Dodgers did to Scully: just do home games and road trips west of the Rockies.
