Speaking of KNBR, Brian Murphy isn’t the only shill in town. Frank Malicoat, of KTVU Mornings on 2 fame, is now an official spokesperson for LeafFilter, appearing in their TV commercials. Absolutely pathetic.
Why is it 'pathetic' for a local news anchor to make extra money as a spokesperson for a gutter company? There's no conflict of interest here, and honestly, it's just smart business. Celebrities—whether local or national—have always used their platform to earn extra income. It’s not a crime to leverage your skills and popularity to secure opportunities. If anything, it speaks to their versatility and ability to connect with audiences in different ways.
Is the Orange Turd Administration running Cumulus? KGO is dead last on the Neilson’s with a N/A. LMAO. I worked at KGO in the 80s when we typically had a 10 share.
Not too surprising. Outside of Greg Papa, KNBR is terrible. 95.7 The Game is average to slightly above average, but still better than KNBR.
ReplyDeletePapa is slagged enough on their YouTube site. But as his ego floats above Bay Area like a blimp, he knows his 💩. All of the other KNBR minutia is unlistenable esp. with slacker coaster Tolbert off the air. So glad I don’t have to listen to the giggle schmuck self-terminated ex-Program Dir.
DeleteI don't listen to virtue signaling, self loathing little white pukes that hate Homeland Security. Copeland EAD!
DeletePeople still listen to sports radio? They killed the medium, at least in this market.

ReplyDeleteIt's not the 80's dipshit.
