Completely agree. Social media has turned many people into beasts with absolutely no civility. We need to get back to a time where people could express themselves freely without ridicule. If you don't agree with something, respond politely or just move on.
@ 6:40 We're too late; last 3 generations changed society and normal life into zombies, libbies as a majority especially in CA, no socializing skills such as talking on phone, face to face, going to shopping in person and going out to eat; I grew up in the 50's and I can't believed how uncivilized these 3 generations has evolved into me me me generation, unreal
Technological retardation. I'm glad I retired. You are correct. No manners or common courtesy, very self absorbed. It's amazing walking into any store and see the clerks staring at their phones. I make a game of it, counting those distracted, avoiding customer contact, general attitude (aloofness) and laziness. A running tally of everyone I would have fired, if in my employ. Sadly, most stores would be better off served via self-checkout...with someone to verify the transactions.
Social Media or any News Media! All lies…. Kamala winning from Day 1, Kamala all over Social Media to promote her face, Kamala so good this and that, Hollywood endorsements (of course, look at the box office losses, they need her to promote Hollywood). The results has proven it all, experts knows she will lose and knows what she has as a VP. So upsetting her people and their party show no respect for Biden blaming Biden not stepping down early. It doesn’t manner, the result is the result.
We have Tik-Tok, SnapChat, Instagram, FaceOff, and the wack-job formerly known as Twitter. Lots of Rabbit Holes to go down. Some go in and never pop back up. I have a friend, USMC, 76 years old, who got sucked in by FaceBook. I miss the old guy. He got addicted to “likes”👍 Social media isn’t just for fan-boy fantasy league players, even if they are nutless.

ReplyDeleteAgree or disagree, just be respectful. I miss those days.
