THIS JUST IN: Duane Kuiper continues to talk on a 2 dollar cell phone because some alleged PD doesn't have the quarter brain he's required to get Kuip a decent cell so those interested enough to want to hear the Kuip, CAN HEAR HIM!
You would think that a major sports-radio station that has long and established ties to a certain baseball team and so much so that they use a popular pbp-broadcaster on their air, even in the off season, would provide him a basic, listenable, means of communication.
Not a Radio Shack flip phone piece of crap that Kuiper sounds like he's using on Knibber's air.
You would be wrong.
Tell you what: if I'm an advertiser and I'm PAYING good money to sponsor Kuiper's wrap with Smurph and Smac, I'd be damn mad and irritated.
And were I a listener --a bona fide member of the Giants' vast amen corner who regards Kuiper as the SF Pope, you better believe I'm pissed. But oh hell, what do I know.

Agreed, but KNBR not a good station. Except for Giants baseball, Marty Luries and 49er broadcasts, there is no reason to tune-in.
