SUNDAY MORNING, there she was. Funny, I thought I was watching the women's shoe manager from the Walnut Creek Nordstrom, but it turned out to be KGO's Liz Kreutz.

Nothing against the enthusiastic Ms. Kreutz, but it'd hard to take her seriously when she's reading about the Atlanta rioting. When you watch and observe it's difficult to think serious news. It's not Liz's fault that she looks and sounds 23 and that there's a sale on Red Bottoms --maybe it's just my imagination.

    Definitely not the best of the KGO anchors. She was at her worst when asking Phil Matier questions on the 4pm weekday "newscast." She went on and on when trying to ask Phil something, leaving him room to respond "yes" or "no."

    Just ask a question Liz, then shut up!
