KTVU Shifting Anchors All Over the Place So Naturally Everyone is Confused; Further Chaos at 2 Jack London Square

So, Frank Somerville is supposedly taking some time off --but, curiously, Julie Haener has been doing weekend anchoring....speaking of weekend, veteran weatherman, Bill Martin has been on the Weekend "MO2"...

Meanwhile, Heather Holmes has been shifted all over the place...

    1. The correct word is "who's", not "whose". Please go back to school & learn some basic grammar.

    2. I noticed dat error also Christine. Good to know there are two of us who are educated.

Using the No Child Left Behind guidelines, dat sentence would receive a grade of A-. The sentence started with a capital and ended with a period, plus three of the four words were spelled correctly.

  3. I like seeing Frank Malicoat spending more time on the evening news. He is a great anchor and putting him on the weekend morning newscast is very limited. Very surprised to me seeing Frank Malicoat and Julie anchoring on the weekends last Saturday.

    1. Ted Rowlands started here in the Bay Area ( KRON maybe?) and was recruited by CNN for his reporting and well sourced stories on the Scott Peterson distraction. I use the word distraction because it was simultaneous lead in to the Iraq invasion 2.0 that, if you disagreed with, you were a commie or worse a Liberal ( God forbid!). It's good to see Ted back .

  6. For decades I looked to KTVU for the news and frankly I don't even bother watching them anymore. I've also noticed Pam Cook seems to be gone as much as she is there in recent months too.

I think KTVU is set for a big crash and very soon. I also don't like their slanted story lines and pro thug reporting verses more balanced community news stories. But then they are an Oakland station which needs to reflect the dysfunction of their community.

  8. This drives anchors nuts. FOX knows this, and they do it as a show of force, and a way of saying
"because we can"...and cooperate "or else".

Shake up the little bitches, it's fun to watch.

  9. KTVU used to feel like those old fuzzy slippers that you'd come home to after a hard days work, sit down on the sofa & watch the daily news. KTVU was "always" the one local Media Outlet that Cared, & Reported about the Local News.

Now personally, the FNC influence is far, far too strong! I want the Old KTVU Back!
