  1. So now I know what this guy looks like. I wish I didn't.

I wonder if he ever powdered that right nostril? Like before this video? WOW!!!

  2. God, what an Ass. Probably has a pocketful of shekels if he's pals with Lowenstein. Nothing but the best with a car battery & tinfoil for a radio transmitter. Bunghole!!

  4. Wow. Just. Wow.

Perhaps he should compare Disney's STOCK to that of Cumulus if he wants to genuinely see what rides are working.

    1. Isn't it weird that his analogy is to get rid of the ride that's not working? He's the Senior Vice President of Content and Programming according to an article I just found. Is there content and programming working? Not so sure it is.

So maybe they get rid of THIS GUY?!?! The guy giving advice from his office with his shirt off!

    3. Uh, sorry 4:49. I unfortunately work here at da Cume. This guy's view of America/the World makes Limbaugh seem like a Flaming Liberal.

He is your typical White rePUKEliKKKan.

  8. What an unprofessional jerk. What's with the condescension from this guy? Can you imagine getting some video directive from a corporate executive thousands of miles away with, apparently, no shirt on? What a stain.

    1. seriously. imagine this showed up in your inbox? Rich, where the hell did you get this? This is mind boggling. Could he work for any major company other than Cumulus? CBS would fire him upon viewing!

    2. His voice too is enough to make you vomit on the spot. He looks and acts like a paranoid narcissist. What a douche.

  9. CMLS closed at $.22 today. After watching this, I recommend selling now while it's high.

  10. How about $ .22 a share as of today. McVay's a dick.

  11. Cumulus is the ride no one wants to be on because guys like this jackass operate it.

  12. I am surprised he's not the CEO. Usually freaks that are this deluded and obnoxious are at the very top.

  13. People like this REALLY need to be unemployed.
This diseased mindset is responsible for the destruction of my favorite radio station.

  14. This prissy old turd spends thousands of dollars a year with tanning sessions, hair implants, and face lifts. Saw him a few years ago and his face was beet red, asked someone what was the problem "Oh Mike just got some cosmetic works done". It doesn't seem to help. He is the biggest hack ever to program radio stations. But he tells management and corporate what they want to hear.

      HILARIOUS!

    2. There's an old video on YouTube from 1979 about radio and disco featuring McVay when he was actually programming a radio station. He seemed to have a clue back then. Like too many programmers, he lacked the self-awareness and integrity to quit while he was still ahead.
