  1. Why ANYONE would take that job is beyond me, with the Wicked Witch of the Bay working there as ND. Poor girl, she looks nice and fresh-faced. In six months she'll be a wreck.

    1. She will be a wreck. Maybe Trixie's days are numbered? After Tracey dumps Cheryl and Spencer.... Disney will either dump her or ""promote" her to Internet coverage in some back office where she can't do any more damage.

    2. Wow. It sounds like somebody got caught sleeping in the control room or hiding out in an edit bay when they were supposed to be doing their jobs. Tracey is a professional and a very nice person who doesn't have a lot of tolerance for incompetents and slackers. At that level, there's no reason she should. So grow up. Here's a tip: Do your job and you won't have any reason to complain about management.

    3. Hi 2:17, uh I mean Tracey. You are now delusional. You are the most despised KGO ND since Milt Weiss. Better double that anxiety prescription!

  2. I remember when Kate Scott said being an attractive young blond cost her many jobs in broadcasting to those latino people. It appears Stephanie too has over come that handicap.

    1. I guess that commenter that called Stan an old racist last week was correct. A new lady is hired and you somehow bring race into it. We get it, you're a minority and all of your problems were caused by Gary Radnich and the white man. Next.

    2. Yes, it's funny that Stan is the biggest racist around.

    3. Stan also imagines he has personal relationships with the men and woman he watches on TV.

    4. Yes, Stan has constructed elaborate fantasies about Radnich and Pam Moore.

    5. It does not matter what race Stan belongs to, he's still an idiot.

  3. Hi Rich. Two quick topics please. #1. Has KGO done any reporting on the four Israelis slain in their temple by two Palestinians, one with a gun, the other with an ax? Not surprisingly, your President has chastised Israel for 'inciting violence', while saying nothing about the Palestinians.

#2. I listened to KSFO on Sunday and heard Dennis Miller hosting a show. I remember him on "Fridays" years back and wanted to enjoy his wit, but Dennis did not make that easy to do. He is capable of conducting good on air interviews, but when interacting with callers, I found Dennis to be rude, condescending and snippy.
Maybe it was a one-off, a Bad Facial Hair Day for Dennis. He just seemed like a professor who thought he was far too good to be teaching THIS class of coconuts.

    1. Actually 6 persons were killed, not 4.

    2. Obama has denounced the attack.

The pathological obsession with Obama among far right wing-nuts is incredible.

    3. Dennis Miller is quite capable of being rude, condescending, and snippy on a consistent basis. Many of his opinions have been inconsistent over the years, however.

    4. Dennis Miller was on SNL, not Fridays.

  4. So far, so good. And she hasn't even started yet.

  5. What's her rack size?

  6. She'll be arriving in time to merge the KRON and KGO news and talent staffs into a lean and mean news machine. If redundant news coverage on two stations (reports, writers, and air talent) in good with the addition of KRON it will go up to 3 stations and be great.

  7. Most important question Rich-is Stephanie Linton a 'Hottie?' She looks very cute in the pic!

  8. Great idea, I'm sure the Florida/NC background will serve her Bay Area news instincts well!

She'll have some time learning how to pronounce cities and areas correctly, no sweat on that!

At least Adrouney was from around here...sheesh
