Peggy Bunker, who has been guiding the morning ship at NBC Bay Area, (KNTV), at 11 AM is set to join Terry McSweeney as the new weekend co-anchor.
Nothing is official but a source told me the job is Bunker's if she wants it.
Bunker replaces Diane Dwyer, who left the gig after a lengthy tenure to return to full-time motherhood and continue teaching at Berkeley.
Bunker already has begun working the weekend shift and figures to make it a smooth transition in San Jose. Oh, get this: Bunker is a dog lover and don't mess with her terriers, got it?

any relation to Archie?
ReplyDeleteNice rack!
ReplyDeleteMy eyes are up here, idiot!
DeleteI'd like to spend some time in Peggy's Bunker.
ReplyDeleteIs "don't mess with her terriers" referring to her breasts aka puppies? When I click the link on "don't mess with her terries" it takes me to a larger version of her picture...puppies front and center.
ReplyDeleteI agree, nice rack!
ReplyDeleteWatched her last night. A bit too thin for me. She tried to be a bit too buddy buddy with her co-anchor asking him to ride some roller coaster.
ReplyDeleteShe had a nasty custody dispute with her x over her two dogs.
That's OK, overweight women need love too.
DeleteDo you think that KNTV planned all along for her to take over for Diane Dwyer if she didn't agree to new terms on her contract?
ReplyDeleteNice RACK? Obviously you don't have any idea of what a "rack" is; but whatever it may be, she doesn't have one. She's attractive, but isn't carrying a rack, just a nice build.
ReplyDeletePeggy is super. I always loved her on ABC's overnight World News Now with Rob Nelson.
ReplyDeleteBANG A DANG DANG. Tasty looking.
ReplyDeletePeggy is really good at what she does and really cute too. I'm getting over the loss of Diane Dwyer easier than i thought!
ReplyDeleteLove the look in the purple dress, love to see my wife in something that nice.
