Cable dilemma: What if Dorner Standoff runs into State of Union Address?

Right now, lots of cable execs are huddling, I can bet you.

    1. Tony thinks the networks will run the sotu speech, then bho will piss off the network bosses and they cut away....and run the movie Heidi. Tony says the us hasn't had a good pres for many moons and we are on a downward spiral if not free fall.

Tony was sympathetic to ruby ridge situation but not waco or dorner.

  2. Between Dorner, Anonymous and Ted Nugent---we will have lots to talk about tomorrow.

  3. Best bet for watching the SOTU is C-Span, channel 22 on Comcast. No blah-blah from Wolf Blitzer or Chris Matthews, no interruptions for late-breaking crime news. There are 3 C-Span cable channels: 22, 109 and 110 on Comcast which represent C-Span 1, 2, and 3.

If you care about public affairs and want to know what's happening in your government, you can't do better than C-Span.

  4. Marco Rubio awkwardly reaching for a sip of water midway through his speech was embarrassing. Couldn't he wait two more minutes? This guy is not presidential material. Did anyone catch the report from Anderson Cooper that the shooter's body was found only to have the LAPD come out and say: NO BODY FOUND! I bet 90% the population is pulling for the rouge cop. We've all had bad experiences with the power mad, insecure types carrying a badge...

    1. Great radio on 810 Tuesday pm patched into KABC TV feed. Was riveting and Bret Burkhart did great job. Tuned over to KCBS. Nothing
