Your intrepid daily observer has to report this: At 9;55AM,Grace Lee on ch5 was giving a report about a car that had caught fire on the side of a road..as they showed some footage-she started to laugh out loud,barely able to read the script..when they got back to her live,she still had a big grin. What was smoking more this morning-the car or ch.5 staff?
