ReplyDeletecongrats Rich...may i suggest that you consider advertising(maybe thru Google adsense or adwords, whatever its called) to further increase your audience and then perhaps consider a real website instead of this blogger thing...it will look more professional and you might even be able to get some web designer to do the work for you gratis in exchange for an ad since you get decent traffic....don't forget google ads because you can really fine tune for the target audience....

ReplyDeletecongrats. please increase coverage younger talent as you see fit. the old birds are great but there's a shift toward multimedia journalists who are great even if they're not 50+ years old
