Al Davis speaks to The Raider Nation!

It's very rare, indeed, to see Raiders owner and managing partner, Al Davis, speak publicly, but speak publicly he did, here at the entrance to the Oakland Coliseum, before last week's meltdown to the Miami Dolphins.

Davis, who looks a bit haggard, but as always even at age 81, still possesses a ton of mental vigor, is seen engaging with fans and maintaining his "Raiduhs" mantra.

We suspect he may go back into eternal hiding if, as expected, his Raiders take a beating on Sunday to the suddenly passionate San Diego Chargers.

  1. It makes you tingle as a fan to see that dedication. Hats off to Uncle Al. He created the most unique franchise in sports. And who knew back when that he was a great fashion designer? The Silver and Black uniform is classic.
