Cohn on Lincecum: 'NL scout told me he has a 'dead arm

Santa Rosa Press-Democrat blogger, Lowell Cohn told knibber today a "scout in the National league told me that Tim Lincecum has a 'dead arm."

Call the authorities and pray that Cohn's scout is wrong, but he's not known for making outlandish posts, so take this religiously.
