The Oakland Raiders and NFL Charities gave a $40,000 grant to refurbish Willie Wilkins Park In Oakland's Elmhurst neighborhood. Recent grants have also gone to Oakland's Ernie Raimondi Field and San Leandro's Burrell Field, bringing the gift total to $140,000.
