KGO's Gil Gross Not Replacing Paul Harvey; ABC "Not Happy"

KGO Radio's Gil Gross, (2-4 PM, 810 AM) will not be replacing the late Paul Harvey, despite reports to on-line news sites, Radio Ink and Radio On-line. Gross isn't interested in the job and ABC isn't happy with his decision.

According to a KGO source, Gross says the "hours are a killer" and besides his weekday show, Gross also hosts a nationally-syndicated real estate show on Saturdays.

Gross has been at KGO since 2007.
