I Could Have Done Better Than Sara Z on KTVU Fill-In Weather But I Don't Have The Particles

Sara Zendehnam, the latest schlockmeister to appear on KTVU; she filled in for Steve Paulson who filled in last night for Bill Martin.


Zendehnam wasn't completely terrible, just awful enough. She loves to say "degrees" and has the usual, annoying giggle and sophomoric banter fit for a Walgreens in Anaheim where she belongs behind the counter.


Is this a joke, KTVU? Just put some over-worked dumb ass giggly yenta on the green screen to fill the time and blurt out useless weather info? What a crock. What a cringe-worthy embarrassment. Like what, was their a shortage of Macy's cosmetics girls who could have done just as shitty a job as Sara Z. KTVU and Fox are no longer competent --I think "irresponsible" is the operative word. "Oh, she did just fine!" That's what I'm hearing. Really?


A diseased yak does just fine too.






Screw you, KTVU. And "The Firm" too.

    Sara went to UCSB and Boston University... I don't think it's fair to assume she's terrible. Nowadays we have computers and weather interns making the forecasts anyway. She has confidence, which goes a long way. But I agree, she should't be doing the weather. That being said, Allie Rasmus fills in frequently for Sal on traffic duty. KTVU has gone way down hill since the departure of Ken Wayne in my opinion. I'd take Ken and Julie anyway over Andre Senior and Julie, as Frank is currently out.

    Degreed Meteorologists make the forecasts at KTVU, always have. Until this disaster that is. There are no weather interns at this station. No one producing the weather either, just the meteorologists. They make the forecasts and the graphics on their own.

    And now the KTVU weather with Rich - "I'm in WC in front of the fountain and saying it's hot. Which is normal for this time of the year for the last eon or 2." Shame 2 is going downhill.

    I watched her today at noon and she's quite good. She seems more comfortable reporting from the field, but she does the weather just fine by me.
