Brooke Baldwin: Do You Know the Way to San Jose?
YES, BROOKE BALDWIN is LEAVING CNN. But the 41-year-old Baldwin has a TOP SECRET MEETING scheduled late next week at a SAN JOSE HOTEL with a TOP BIG WIG --its VP and News Director at NBC BAY AREA! I'm quite certain they will not be exchanging cookie recipes.

DeleteWith Rush Limbaugh's death this morning, Chip Franklin has issued a press release. Chip says that he's going back to his roots as a conservative host like when he was at KOGO in San Diego. He's hoping KSFO will let him replace Limbaugh from 9-noon.

ReplyDeleteI'm calling BS on this right now. It makes no sense, particularly for Baldwin who has a book coming out in April when she leaves CNN. She'll be on tour for it and supporting it. A local anchor gig at this point in time would just get in the way. But there's an easy way to tell if this story is real or just made up. If she's broadcasting on CNN all next week we'll all know the story is rubbish...

DeleteMost likely Brooke Baldwin will stay at the national level of the news but having her in the Bay Area will be intriguing. Dream senario that should happen but will not happen: Brooke is hired by CBS to do a 3rd hour of CBS Morning and puts pressure of the NBC Today show 3rd hour in ratings...more watchable than the 3 talking heads on NBC in the morning...the 3rd hour that is!
