  3. I don't consider it a guilty pleasure. H&O have always been solid, recent Hall of Fame induction is proof. Nothing wrong with Philly soul from these men, especially since Hall's then-wife's late sister helped co-write most of the hits.

    1. I always thought Oates was part Aborigine. I mean nothing rude about it. This is a case where opposites attract. Both men bring something special to the stage. Just as with the group Heart, Ann Wilson is the face and voice of Heart, but sister Nancy writes and performs fantastic guitar riffs and suites. Ann has put on some weight like most of us, but still performs well. Nancy remains forever slender and quiet while her Guitar Gently Weeps.
